design!


Our team was honored to work

with so many talented vendors

in order to create this dramatic

tale of forbidden romance at

the California Wedding Day

"Best Of" 2014 Awards.


We hope you fall in love like

we did!

Dimly lit and beautifully designed, this room took our breath away! Guests were surrounded by lush, live greenery as their eyes feasted on the Eden-esque table centerpieces. Amidst our gorgeous, dramatic floral pieces were golden apples and forbidden fruit. Gold mercury votives mixed with different types of moss sat at the bases of our aged and ivy-wrapped candles.

Dominating the center of the room

was a tree seemingly fresh out of

Eden. Visually breathtaking, the tree

featured hundreds of various

romantic quotes intertwined with

extra forbidden fruit. Sashaying

underneath the tree and throughout

the room were our beautiful

models. They donned custom-made

floral jewelry and truly made our

"Forbidden Romance" come to life!

Alcantara LA Fashion Show

As event designers we find inspiration from all facets of design, especially from the fashion industry.  Being involved in fashion events allowed our design team to create for a different audience.  Alcantara, a provider of hi-tech Italian luxury material, hosted an extravagant show at the Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles.  We were so excited to be a part of this amazing production.  Take a look at the video clip from that night.

Real Wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch

Classic and romantic truly does describe this gorgeous wedding captured by Ryan Phillips Photography. Take a look at the beautiful images from this outdoor wedding located at Hummingbird Nest Ranch. The natural landscape surrounding the ceremony site, created a picture perfect backdrop.  We added ribbon treatments to the hanging chandeliers and created an altar space using mirror columns and hand tie arrangements made from baby's breath and anemone's.  

The reception included rustic wooden tables with chic rose sparkle runners.  The design focus around simplicity and beauty, adorning each table with mirror and white containers, candelabras, and candle votive. Simple yet pretty baby's breath arrangements created a singular design down the long table.  I love this design, it served perfect for the outdoor space and for the gorgeous couple! Cheers!

SYED Featured on Style Unveiled: Tricia + Tracy

Take a look at the beautiful feature of Tricia and Tracy's wedding by Style Unveiled. We created several different designs within the space.  A modern design using lucite structures with gorgeous cascading florals and crystal garlands, sitting below were smaller florals and simple candle designs.

SYED Featured on Maharani Wedding's: Bobby + Mamta

Two beautiful ceremonies and one gorgeous reception captured by the amazing photographers at Harvard Photography!  This amazing event is featured today on Maharani Weddings, take a look at the full article.  I love the different styles and color combination used for this modern wedding.  The first ceremony consisted of all white, traditional and romantic decor.  Second ceremony was more modern, accenting with orange florals and lucite aisle treatments.  Reception decor contained modern centerpieces accented with hues of blue and white floral.  Take a look at the stage design! Real Wedding: Payal + Stuart

It was an early morning start for the SYED team to begin setting up this colorful and fun ceremony at the beautiful Rancho Las Lomas venue.  Take a look at these great images provided by Lindsay Ricketts Photography.   Under the existing structure we created a custom ombre backdrop. Flanking each sides of the ceremony were over sized paved floral designs.  We ran a hot pink carpet runner down the middle of the walkway, following floral ball aisle treatments.  The reception decor was consistent, designing fun and colorful centerpieces.  Reception decor was accented with contents of yarn.  We hung custom yarn balls throughout the space and added yarn to the containers within the centerpieces.  I love how much color and non- floral elements we used within this design! So much fun!  Special thanks to the coordinating team, Planning Elegance.

Real Wedding: Pretty in Pink

Take a look at this pretty pink wedding!  Ceremony decor consisted of an asymmetrical floral design. We designed the florals to completely cascade down only one side of the existing canopy, creating a very interesting and beautiful ceremony! Dramatic fabric draping down the canopy with crystal garlands hanging from the back completed this look. Reception decor stayed consisted, pretty pink high and low centerpieces filled the ballroom on top of lavish pink shimmering linens!

Bouquet Watch: Blushing Bride

I love this bouquet, elegant and glamorous.  Blush cymbidium orchids mixed with white mini callas gave this bouquet wonderful color and texture.  A dazzling handle, completely covered in bling!  Gorgeous bride and bouquet!!  Beautiful images provided by John and Joseph Photography.
